Windows 10 is the latest operating system from Microsoft. Users have until the end of July 2016 to upgrade from Windows 7 or 8.1 to Windows 10 for free. However, many users are unsure if Windows 10 is right for them or not. Although users have 30 days to try Windows 10 and downgrade if they do not like it, people have reported that sometimes, downgrading has not gone smoothly and remnants of Windows 10 are left behind making their systems slower.

You will then be able to remotely log in to our machine running Windows 10 and try all the features of Windows 10, change settings, install programs, in short anything you would normally be able to do on your own system. You will also have the chance to try out Office 2016.

A session lasting up to four hours for £29.99 which includes:

  • The ability to test Windows 10 remotely as if it was installed on your computer for up to four hours. All your changes will be wiped when your session ends.

  • A guide covering the windows 10 task bar, start menu, settings menu, quick access menu and file explorer supplied in various formats.

  • Guides supplied in MP3, audio CD, braille, large print or text format via email.

  • No risk to your current system, Windows 10 runs fully independently on our machine.

  • Assistance in real time via telephone and Skype to answer any questions you may have.

A session lasting up to eight hours for £59.99 which includes:

  • The ability to test Windows 10 remotely as if it was installed on your computer for up to eight hours. All your changes will be wiped when your session ends.

  • A guide covering the windows 10 task bar, start menu, settings menu, quick access menu and file explorer supplied in various formats.

  • Guides supplied in MP3, audio CD, braille, large print or text format via email.

  • Assistance in real time via telephone and Skype to answer any questions you may have.

  • No risk to your current system, Windows 10 runs fully independently on our machine.

  • Assistance to upgrade your current machine to Windows 10 at your convenience. We will be on hand to guide you all the way to ensure all your files and apps migrate successfully and to iron out any issues. We will also assist in customizing your system for better accessibility after the installation is complete.

Can I purchase the guide on its own?

Yes, certainly. The guide is available in your preferred format for £14.99. These guides were produced for those people who have a new Windows 10 install, but many of the tips mentioned will apply if you are upgrading from a previous Windows install. We will provide support via telephone or Skype to clarify any points if required.

Can you help me to upgrade to Windows 10 or adapt an existing installation?

Yes. For just £29.99, we will be able to help you to upgrade to Windows 10 or customize an existing installation of Windows 10 to make it more accessible. You will also receive a free copy of our guide to get you started in getting used to the new system if the changes we make do not deviate from the guide.

Things to note

Due to the nature of the service, we will require payment before your session takes place so we can supply your guides, and reserve your place in our cuing system. If for any reason your session cannot take place at the agreed time, or you no longer want to go ahead having reserved your place, we will provide a full refund if you do not wish your session to be rescheduled. Whilst you're connected to our systems, we will be monitoring all activity to ensure that the system remains secure at all times. If we discover that you are attempting to compromise the security of our network or using the system in any way we deem inappropriate, we reserve the right to terminate the connection at any time.

All information you provide is held in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any third party.

We do not store credit card details.

All orders you place will be despatched via royal mail or parcel force and will usually reach you within 3 to 5 working days. When placing your order, we will advise you of the service we are using to send your parcel. You will receive an automated email from our systems when your order has been despatched.

ViTech Solutions complies with all trading legislation covering consumer protection, distance selling and electronic commerce regulations. Therefore, you have the right to cancel your order before we have despatched the goods or within fourteen days of receipt. Once we have received the items back in their original condition we will refund you within 30 days.

There are exceptions to returning some items, so please carefully check the full description of the product to check any special conditions that may apply. You will need to take care of the goods while they are in your possession, and return them to us safely in a complete and saleable condition at your own expense. Assuming the products are received in a saleable condition and are undamaged, we will then refund you within 30 days of receiving the products back from you.
