Pay Monthly Support Packages

Signing up for a monthly subscription will ensure you always have access to our support and training services, as well as access to discounted products on our website. If you would rather have the security of knowing that you are always paid up and you have a constant service contract with us, then this service is for you! This service is ideal for those people who frequently need advice, technical support and training. Your contributions per month will also contribute towards future product development. We may also contact you to offer you the chance to test new products before they go on sale. We offer five different packages to choose from.

Basic package £10 per month:

  • 15 minutes telephone support.

  • 15 minutes email support.

Bronze package £15 per month:

  • Half an hour email support.

  • Half an hour telephone support.

Silver package £20 per month:

  • One hour email support.

  • One hour telephone support.

Gold package £30 per month:

  • Two hours email support.

  • Two hours telephone support.

  • 5% discount on products and services across our website.

Platinum package £60 per month:

  • Three hours email support.

  • Three hours telephone support.

  • 10% discount on products and services across our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your subscription by setting up a standing order with your bank to pay directly in to our bank account each month via bank transfer or by using PayPal to subscribe.

How can I cancel or upgrade my subscription?

If you wish to cancel or upgrade your subscription, please Contact Us in the first instance to notify us of your decision so we can update our records. If paying by standing order, please contact your bank and ask them to cancel/amend the standing order. We cannot cancel the standing order for you. If you are paying via PayPal, please cancel your subscription via the wallet section in your account, and then resubscribe if you wish to change your package. Terms and conditions.

  • Email and telephone technical support hours can be used for our product advice, training and technical support services. If you have a website or business maintenance contract with us, then your hours can also be used for these services.

  • Any unused time will not carry over to the next month.

  • If you go over your hour's allowance, we will charge you at £15 per half an hour (excluding your discount). Your discount will be applied on the final invoice if applicable.

  • All monthly payments are final. No refund will be provided for unused time.

  • Any discounts you are receiving on a monthly package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise. If you cancel your subscription frequently and only subscribe to receive discounts, we reserve the right to refuse discounts at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to change/amend the above terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you a minimum of 30 days before any changes are due to come in to affect so you can cancel/amend your subscription.

All information you provide is held in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any third party.

We do not store credit card details.

All orders you place will be despatched via royal mail or DPD and will usually reach you within 3 to 5 working days. When placing your order, we will advise you of the service we are using to send your parcel. You will receive an automated email from our systems when your order has been despatched.

ViTech Solutions complies with all trading legislation covering consumer protection, distance selling and electronic commerce regulations. Therefore, you have the right to cancel your order before we have despatched the goods or within fourteen days of receipt. Once we have received the items back in their original condition we will refund you within 3 to 5 working days.

There are exceptions to returning some items, so please carefully check the full description of the product to check any special conditions that may apply. You will need to take care of the goods while they are in your possession, and return them to us safely in a complete and saleable condition at your own expense. Assuming the products are received in a saleable condition and are undamaged, we will then refund you within 3 to 5 working days of receiving the products back from you.
